Refund policy

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the stipulated contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery. If the Buyer decides to exercise the right of withdrawal, he must contact Updated Firenze srl via e-mail, contact form or live chat on the website indicating the order code and the type of compensation desired. Once the procedure has been started, Updated Firenze srl will send a confirmation via e-mail.

For the right to reimbursement of the price paid to arise, the goods must be returned intact, new and in any case in the same conditions in which they were originally shipped.

The shipping costs relating to the return of the product are paid by Updated Calvani srl only if the Buyer is within Italian territory and exclusively for the first exchange (size/colour, and for items defective). In order for the Buyer to be able to avail of the right of free return in the cases indicated, the return shipment must be made via the courier indicated by Updated Calvani srl.

The Buyer must also undertake to print and use the letter of vehicle that you will receive from Updated Calvani srl via e-mail.

In all other cases the contribution for return shipping costs is €5 for shipments from'Italia and will be deducted from the refund. 

The shipping costs relating to returning the product outside of Italian territory are the responsibility of the customer; delivery costs will also not be reimbursed to the customer and any other additional costs and/or taxes highlighted when placing the order.

All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the only external packaging.

To obtain a refund, the buyer must have the product delivered to Updated Calvani srl within 10 days of accepting the return.

In the event that the customer receives defective goods, or that errors occur in shipments, Updated Calvani srl reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and to bear the shipping costs for returning the goods to the own premises.

The shipment, until the certificate of receipt in the Updated Calvani srl warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the Buyer.

Updated Calvani srl will refund the amount due to the Buyer following withdrawal within 30 (thirty) days from receipt of the products under the above conditions. The Buyer must send the returned goods to the following address: Updated Calvani srl – via degli Speziali n. 7/r, 50123 Florence.
